I recently had the pleasure to receive a Combined Art Therapy and Reiki session with Tracey.
This unique offering was exactly what I needed.
The Art Therapy allowed repressed thoughts and feelings to be revealed, with Tracey's professional understanding and guidance helped me make sense of what was buried in my subconscious. The subtle cues and pointers in the art I created revealed some great information that I can apply to my life, moving forward.
While the Reiki Treatment afterwards really helped with settling my nervous system and all the intuitive insights were very accurate. And I had the best nights sleep!
The combination of the 2 modalities are so complimentary, and Tracey's energy is so calm, peaceful and really professional.
And honestly, the information that we uncovered would have taken weeks of talk Therapy! I will definitely be booking another session.

Tracey provides a unique approach on a traditional reiki session utilising art therapy as a form of creative personal expression. This approach was a welcome addition, and Tracey then provided enlightening guidance for personal growth.
The following reiki session was informed by the outcomes of the artistic expression exercise which really added to the overall experience!
